On an absolutely gorgeous San Diego day, 18 of us met at Cabrillo National Monument and walked the Bayside Trail. It was a clear and sunny and the views were spectacular – mountains, ocean, ships, birds, surfers, jet skis, and more. Most of us stayed and enjoyed a picnic lunch. A few stayed and enjoyed two of the excellent movies shown at the visitor center: The Voyages of the San Salvador and First Breath: Gray Whales. We highly recommend this adventure for everyone.
