Handbell Ensemble

Ms. Martin, the President of the Area XII American Guild of Handbell Ringers, heard the choir play their Lenten/Easter pieces and then worked with the group on handbell ringing technique and hints for better playing. The group is eager to use these new techniques as they continue to ring in the Easter season.

  Walking with God through music.
Teen Rock is a music ministry for grades 7th - 12th and beyond. Accompanied by the Teen Rock Band, our group participates in the worship services thoughout the year.
We explore and express our faith through upbeat, contemporary Christian music aimed at communicating and challenging our daily walk with God. It is a place to increase and utilize our musical and spiritual gifts.
If you sing or play an instrument, we invite you to share your talent with us in this unique music ministry.
Our practice and performance schedules will be listed on the Youth Calendar.  Please contact Marilyn Stenoien at mstenoien@aol.com
for more information

Festival Choir
A seasonal choir for those who like to sing but have busy schedules. This group sings only at Reformation, Christmas, and Easter. You commit to two or three rehearsals for the singing performance.

Social Events
A couple of times a year we have great parties. Usually at Monna's house in Solana Beach. We eat really well there and sound much better after the wine!

Music Opportunities
We have vocal soloists, instrumental soloists, ensemble singing, small group singing, and learning circle singing (children) throughout the year. If you want to get musical, we have a place for you!

Christmas Harp
For the past 24 Christmas Eves, we have enjoyed the gift of harp music from Melissa Morgan. Her music is always a joy to hear and, in fact, has been put on CD by Melissa Morgan. If you are interested in her recorded work, please contact the music ministry with your inquiry.
