Rose Moldenhauer, RN Parish Nurse 760-753-1026 X24 Office hours are Wednesdays 9-4pm located in the church office. Home visits and consultation are available by arrangement. The goal of Bethlehem's Health Ministry is to reach out and care for those in need and to promote health and wholeness, integrating body, mind and spirit. The Parish Nurse may help you in these ways: Home visits, hospital and nursing home visits to check on recovery Phone and office health consultations Assistance with medical appointments, medications, and transportation Information, referrals and resources for staying healthy Community classes Bringing people with needs together for support Watch for these Health Events throughout the year: Blood Pressure and Stroke Prevention Screening San Diego Blood Bank Drive CPR and First Aid classes Flu Shot campaign

of anyone in need of care or a meal, call Rose @ ext. 24 or Pastor Laura.
Special programs on healthy living and prevention of illness such as good nutrition, mental health, women's health, marriage enrichment, healthy aging, caretaking, end of life issues. Meals and Transportation: We have formed a group of church members who will cook and deliver meals for parishioners and families who are recovering or in need. If you know of someone in need of a meal or you wish to volunteer to occasionally make one or can provide transportation to and from Church services contact Rose Moldenhauer rosemoldy@cox.net . Bethlehem Cares Fund: In these times of financial uncertainty, we have a fund to help those in need of groceries, medical bills etc. Contact Rose or Pastor Laura at the Church office. Ongoing Yoga classes meet on Tuesday nights, 7 to 8:15 pm at the church, all levels are welcome.
