Special Offering for Firestorm 2007 Disaster Response

Many of you have inquired about how you can help the victims of the recent fires. Here are two ways in which you can provide assistance.

• One member of Bethlehem lost her home during the fires. If you would like to make a donation directly to this member, please use the notation “for Bethlehem member” on your donation and either include it with your Sunday offering or send it to the church office, 925 Balour Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024

• The Pacifica Synod is also collecting special donations which will be used specifically for fire victims. Lutheran Disaster Relief, I-LERT (Inter-Lutheran Emergency Response Team) and Lutheran Social Services are all responding to the needs of people in our community.
